オリエンタルなメロディラインに、James BrownやThe Metersのようなベースライン、そこにSwingin’にブロウするサックスが絡み合い、オリエンタルファンクな一曲に仕上がっています。
レコーディングはメンバー4人による一発録り。
一体感と臨場感のあるエネルギッシュな録音を収録。
ミックスはMONKYと音響エンジニアの巨匠・田中三一が共同で作り上げ、マスタリングも田中三一が担当。
ダンスフロアでもリスニングでも心地よくフィットします。
アートワークを担当しているのは、パリで開催されたアートフェス2023でも大好評を博した話題のイラストレーター、苦虫ツヨシ。

【Music Description】
This is a cover of the Japanese classic hit by Hibari Misora in 1952.
The oriental melody line, James Brown- and The Meters-like bass line, and swingin’ and blowin’ saxophone intertwine to create an oriental funk song.
The recording was done by the four members in one shot.
The recording is an energetic recording with a sense of unity and realism.
Mixing and mastering was done jointly by MONKY and master Mitsukazu Tanaka, and the result is suitable for both listening and the dance floor.
The artwork is by Tsuyoshi Nigamushi, a much talked-about illustrator who received great reviews at an art festival in Paris in April.

Formed in 2022. Fronted by former Black Bottom Brass Band saxophonist MONKY, the band features a strong rhythm section: organist Iwai Longseller, who is very active in the Kansai band scene, Hiromoto Umemoto on drums, and Noriaki Takagi on bass.
