シャーマナイト、、シャーマンというスピリチュアルな存在に惹かれて書いた曲。
1960年代のスピリチュアルジャズとフラメンコやタンゴのロマンチックで劇的な雰囲気を重ね合わせたようなイメージで作りました。
レコーディングはメンバー4人による一発録り。
一体感と臨場感のあるエネルギッシュな録音を収録。
ミックスはMONKYと音響エンジニアの巨匠・田中三一が共同で作り上げ、マスタリングも田中三一が担当。
バンドが目の前で演奏しているかのような、立体感のある音像。
アートワークを担当しているのは、パリで開催されたアートフェス2023でも大好評を博した話題のイラストレーター、苦虫ツヨシ。

【Music Description】
Shamanite is a power stone to ward off evil, meaning ‘black stone’.
I wrote this song because I was attracted to Shamanite and the spiritual being called Shaman.
I created this song with the image of spiritual jazz of the 1960s superimposed on the romantic and dramatic atmosphere of flamenco and tango.
The recording was done by the four members in one shot.
The energetic recording with a sense of unity and realism.
The mix was created jointly by MONKY and master sound engineer Mitsukazu Tanaka, who also handled the mastering.
The sound image has a three-dimensional quality, as if the band is playing right in front of you.
The artwork is by Tsuyoshi Nigamushi, a much talked-about illustrator who received great acclaim at the Art Fest 2023 in Paris.

2022年結成。元Black Bottom Brass Bandのサックス奏者MONKYをフロントに、関西バンドシーンで大活躍のオルガン奏者 岩井ロングセラー、ドラムに梅本浩亘、ベースに高木記明という強力なリズムセクションを擁する。
ジャズとスカ・レゲエがファンキーに融合したエキゾチック・ファンクバンド。
2022年には神戸・大阪で主催イベント「ファンク横丁」「エキゾチック横丁」を大成功させ話題に。2023年2月からは新曲を毎月配信リリースし、海外の反響も多くリスナーを拡大中。
2023年7月に1st Singleとなる7inch Vinyl『A Message to You Rudy』を家永吹産よりリリース。
Formed in 2022. Fronted by former Black Bottom Brass Band saxophonist MONKY, the band features a strong rhythm section: organist Iwai Longseller, who is very active in the Kansai band scene, Hiromoto Umemoto on drums, and Noriaki Takagi on bass.

n 2022, he hosted “Funk Yokocho” and “Exotic Yokocho” events in Kobe and Osaka, which were a huge success and became a hot topic of conversation, and since February 2023, he has been releasing a new song every month for distribution, and is expanding his listenership with many international responses.
In July 2023, he released his first single, a 7-inch vinyl titled “A Message to You Rudy” from Ienaga Suisan.
