日本の大阪は谷町九丁目駅の、地下鉄へ繋がる通路に佇む小さなJazz club『SUB』。
数々のJazzレジェンド達が来店し、伝説を刻んできたその場所で、Jazz修行した思い出の日々を曲にしました。
東京渋谷で最古のライブハウス『BYG』の響きを生かし、サックスとピアノから瞬間瞬間に生まれてくる音楽を捉えた、臨場感溢れるサウンド。
一発録りならではのテンションの高い演奏が繰り広げられています。
IZPONのパーカッションは後から録音しています。
その音源をHiroyuki Sanadaが丁寧にミックス＆マスタリング。
リスニングにもフロアにも対応できる上質な音に仕上がっています。

【Music description】
A vibrant spiritual ensemble combined with majestic piano and percussion adds the full depth of blackness with a blackened jazz number of MONKY’s saxophone blows.
SUB is a small jazz club located on a passageway leading to the Tanimachi 9-chome subway station in Osaka, Japan.
Many Jazz legends have come to this club, SUB, and made their mark on the legendary.
I wrote a song about my memorable jazz training days there.
The sound is full of realism, capturing the music that emerges moment by moment from the saxophone and piano, utilizing the echoes of BYG, the oldest live house in Shibuya, Tokyo.
The performance is full of the high tension that only a one-shot recording can produce.
The percussion was recorded later.
The sound source was carefully mixed and mastered by Hiroyuki Sanada.
The result is a high-quality sound that is suitable for both listening and floor use.
